Structure of laminate flooring
The laminate flooring has 4 different layerswithspecific functions：
> 1: Wear Overlay：It is a clear cellulose film with aluminum oxide grits．impregnated with melamine resin that proyides the laminate flooring with high resistance against abrasion and scratches．Its low porosity averts the absorption of liquids and it makes it easy to clean the laminate flooring．
> 2: Decor：Decorative cellulose impregnated with melamine resins which determines the pattern of the laminate flooring，adding beauty to the product．
> 3: HDF：Hig h density eucaltytus wood based substrate (panel) with long and needle shaped inte rwoven darticles and bonded with melamine resin in a short cycle press by means of temperature and pressure．This technology brings out a comdact and smooth topcoat and an excellent plank for flooring．
> 4: Balancer：It is the bottom layer of the laminate flooring made up of a layer of a speciaI paperimp regnated with melamine resin providing a dimensionaI stability of the laminate flooring and it also protects it against moisture arising from the subfloor．
